Comments

Hi! A few people mentioned nt being able to leave comments and you can at the bottom of the blog, it says posted by megan, andy, drew and kail dudash and then comments. You just click there and can leave them! Sorry I forgot to mention it before!

Drew is doing great and enjoyed spending Monday with my friend Rachel and her little girl, Hannah. They played so great together and we so gentle to each other! Then he was so busy with Vision therapy yesterday and Developmental theerapy today. He did great both days and really is right on target!

Kail is huge and moving more each and every day! He is such a busy boy and can't wait to play with Drew. Drew hates that Kail wants to touch him and his toys, I guess it only gets worse as they get bigger! Kail also eats like a horse or would even eat a horse! He has 4 jars of baby food a day and 6-7 bottles a day! He is going to be built just like Andy!

Other than that we are doing great! I graduated from my 1st cake decorating class last week and begin my 2nd class tonight. It is so much fun and so worth it! I am having a blast and the fire dept. loves eatng cakes on Thursday's! Last week I made a Ghost cake for Halloween...it was adorable! ANdy is busy at work and then watching the boys when I am away at class! I better run and take a shower! Have a great day and leave us comments...we love them!

Happy Halloween

Kail, aka Dan Marino. Kail was a Miami Dolphins Football player for Halloween. He was going to be a skeleton but it was a little chilly for that outfit. Thankfully my Aunt Cookie and Uncle Johnny Ocean had sent this to Kail a few weeks ago. I doubt they thought that Kail would wear the outfit for Halloween!
Drew, aka Terry Bradshaw. Okay so here is the Halloween drama.....Drew was going to be a lion but last week when we tried it on he had outgrown it by about 4 inches so we had to get another outfit. Andy picked out this Monkey that was adorable but the first one was to small. So we went and got another one and Drew refused to wear it. He kept pulling at it and saying "off" so I knew he would never wear it out to trick-or-treat at Flat Rock Baptist Church's Trunk or Treat! Sue Sue, Andy's cousin had given Drew this shirt when we were in PA so I thought Drew could be a Steeler! He was fine with it and loved having the make-up on!

I was a kitty cat and Drew was tickled with my mask! He smiled and laughed at me the whole night!

Drew and Kail....Our little football players! Getting some treats! After we left Trunk or Treating we ran over to see Grandma and Grandpa Dudash. They were quite surprised when we rang the doorbell and were there! It was a long night but we had a lot of fun and Drew will be ready for it next year!

Drew was getting some candy! He was kinda of scared at first but then he opened right up and was all about getting handfuls of candy!

Grandpa Dudash and his boys.....Drew does not like any one to hold Kail...everyone must tend to him so he was being so sweet to try to get Grandpa to dump Kail! Little does Drew know that Grandpa loves them both!

Drew eating some Halloween candy, M&M's! He loved getting candy once he realized that it was candy he was getting! I did take a lot of it away from him and give him good treats since all he wants to do is eat from the Halloween bucket!

Mmmmmmm....these are so good! I love candy! Drew has been eating Carnation Instant Breakfast since he is so skinny. The doctor also recommended PediSure but we have not tried that yet! He is so much like me and prefers junk food and bread as opposed to meat and potatoes like his Daddy! Drew is not terribly underweight but could stand to gain a few pounds!

Kail on the move except the arm of the toy got in his way! He has a black eye from Drew pushing him off the kitchen counter top on Monday. I had Kail in his Bumbo seat and in an instant Drew had reached him and Kail was tumbling thru space. I was so upset and felt so bad but I can't be in a million places at once. I guess it also won't be his last black eye!

Drew inside his toy box that holds his blocks. For some reason he decided to climb in the box and play. Funny thing was he was stuck and could not get back out of it! He is into the MINE stage....My Mommy, My toys, Mine! It is so cute but yet so annoying too! No matter who's it is it is his! I guess it is just the way it works!

Kail smiles! He is getting so big and is so in motion. It scares me to death....what do you do with 2 kids who are mobile an running in different directions? Argh!
Some of our loyal fans like the carepages better than the blog, I am sorry but it was getting to hard to update and download pictures. One reason was I don't put as much info into this blog as I did the carepages...I just have time to update with pictures and a few words. We are doing really good...Drew is doing amazing and is right on track for a child his age. It takes a lot of hard work on my part and the 2 therapists he sees, one for vision on Tuesday's and developmental on Wednesday's. We try to keep him on a home school schedule where we are doing a lot of the same things daily with him. He is doing amazing with his vision. He does not return to the Optometrist until February so we hope to have more info on his vision then. I am struggling with Preschool - Governor Morehead has a great program but it is downtown Raleigh about an hour away and I really don't think he needs to be in a place that's primary focus is vision. I really feel like he needs to be in a mainstream environment - I mean he has done amazing so far and I push him hard, sometimes to hard! I better quite my rambling and get to bed! Have a great day and Happy November!

Hill Ridge Farms

Andy and Drew....At Hill Ridge Farms here in Youngsville. We went to the Pumpkin Patch and on the Hay Ride. Drew loved it and ran around like a crazy person.
Drew in the maze....He loved that he could see Andy as he went thru it! He kept trying to get to him over the wall of the maze!
Drew so tickled as he finished the maze! He was so happy for himself and I just thought he was adorable!
Kail just watches everything..soaking up a wealth of information!
Kail on the Hay Ride bouncing and jumping all over the place! He is so happy or either so mad!
My Dad and Drew on the Hay Ride. Drew was trying not to laugh and be serious. I was taking pictures and wanted smiles or giggles!
The attempt at a Family Portrait for Halloween/Fall cards! Forget that idea, Drew was having nothing to do with us! Pumpkins are way more important than a family picture!
Drew picked his pumpkin and then he would throw them! He is so funny! He was fascinated with all the pumpkins.....He was running from pumpkin to pumpkin.
At the end of the day, Drew was picking a flower. He is so sweet!

Our trip to Pennsylvania

The Ligonier Diamond. This is one of my fondest memories of my Grandparents....Visiting the Diamond in the center of town. It is the most beautiful "gazebo" ever!
St. Anne's Church in Wilpen, PA. My Grandparents house is so close we could walk to church. I always dreamed of getting married here but it was a little far! I was baptized here and my parents were married here! I am very sad to say that it is being torn down and all the stained glass windows have already been removed. I believe this is the last time I will see this church but will always remember doughnut's and coffee hour after mass!
Drew LOVED when the marching band's came thru the parade. We attended Fort Ligonier Day's and this year was the 250th year sine the French and Indian war battle was fought in Ligonier. We went back since it was a huge celebration and we had not been to PA since before Drew was born. We went back to PA almost every year to see the Parade.
Andy holding Drew up on his shoulders during the parade.Drew was so happy and loved watching all the stuff! The music was by far his favorite!
Kail during the parade...asleep in the stroller! He was zonked out!

Pap Pap and Drew....Pap Pap always gives Drew bad things like soda! Oh well!
Kail and his Great Great Aunt Betty.
Drew eating an apple from Great Aunt Roni and Great Uncle Albert's apple tree.
Kail sitting in the grass all alone!
Aunt JoAnne, Me and my Mom.

The week!

Kail has a serious case of Rabies....He just keeps drooling!
Drew in motion...running like a crazy man!
Driving like he stole it - fast and furious!
Running some more! He is turning into such a handsome boy!
Drew swinging - his favorite thing to do! See me and Kail were swinging too!
Kail eating the cookies DeeDee sent to us! He liked the plastic bag a lot!
We made a tent to play in and this is Kail and Sophie playing in it! Drew was elsewhere after all that hard work of tent building!
Grandma Dudash feeding the hungry Kail. Since we normally don't feed him and he is so skinny!
Drew and the hat....Poor Halloween bucket won't get any candy into it because Drew has to wear it all the time!
I have no idea what he is doing but he was also growling at me...maybe he also has rabies like Kail! This is the week in Dudash world! We try hard to have a lot of silly fun! Drew is doing great and can jump off the ground with both feet now! We are so happy since that is a 3-year old task and he can do it! Kail is crawling backwards which means he will be going forward really soon! Today he even sat up by himself from laying on his back - super Kail! Andy is great and loves my new baking fascination! Or shall I say his tummy likes it the most! I am busy as ever tending to all 3 boys and on that note am off to bed! Hugs to all!
