Kail going forward for the first time! He weighes 17.5 lbs and is 26.5 inches long. He is in the 50th percentile for both weight and height. He can now eat some real people food! He is growing so fast!

Our trip to Pennsylvania

The Ligonier Diamond. This is one of my fondest memories of my Grandparents....Visiting the Diamond in the center of town. It is the most beautiful "gazebo" ever!
St. Anne's Church in Wilpen, PA. My Grandparents house is so close we could walk to church. I always dreamed of getting married here but it was a little far! I was baptized here and my parents were married here! I am very sad to say that it is being torn down and all the stained glass windows have already been removed. I believe this is the last time I will see this church but will always remember doughnut's and coffee hour after mass!
Drew LOVED when the marching band's came thru the parade. We attended Fort Ligonier Day's and this year was the 250th year sine the French and Indian war battle was fought in Ligonier. We went back since it was a huge celebration and we had not been to PA since before Drew was born. We went back to PA almost every year to see the Parade.

The week!

Kail has a serious case of Rabies....He just keeps drooling!

I have no idea what he is doing but he was also growling at me...maybe he also has rabies like Kail! This is the week in Dudash world! We try hard to have a lot of silly fun! Drew is doing great and can jump off the ground with both feet now! We are so happy since that is a 3-year old task and he can do it! Kail is crawling backwards which means he will be going forward really soon! Today he even sat up by himself from laying on his back - super Kail! Andy is great and loves my new baking fascination! Or shall I say his tummy likes it the most! I am busy as ever tending to all 3 boys and on that note am off to bed! Hugs to all!

Growing.....

Hello! Happy October to all! Drew is doing super and still silly. He has had a few major growth spurts and suddenly he is really tall and lanky! His baby features are slowly fading and he is turning into such a little boy! Kail is so much fun and just changes every day. He is getting heavier and heavier every day. Kail can now grab, crawl backwards and even tries to stand - with a little help! He is going to be off before we even know it! Andy and I are great and enjoying the two boys! We are so blessed! Enjoy our pictures!

Me and my FIRST PRIZE WINNING CAKE! I won first place in the Youngsville Fall Festival Cake contest! I was so excited! I baked my "Sweet Almond Amaretto Cake" and it was awesome!

Kail smiles! His shirt says "grandma loves me" - imagine that....Drew and Kail are so lucky to have Grandma's to love and spoil them rotten! I better get off to bed, Hugs and kissses to all!

Drew is a BIG BOY!

I am so happy - Tomorrow makes 1 week of Drew not having his bottle for bedtime and naptime! I am such a weenie and let him have until last week but finally I decided he was to big to need a bottle. So I offered him a new special cup and he REFUSES to use it so he has had NO bottles since then! Yeah for Drew! Don't freak out, he does drink milk thru the day from his real cups! It was not as bad as I thought it would be...I offered the new cup and he said no. Then he went to bed...same thing for a few days until now he just goes to bed! Yeah! I am so proud of him and just can't believe it was so easy!

As for the rest of us, I tripped over Sophie getting up for Kail at 4 am and sprained my wrist! Andy took the day of yesterday to help me rest it and it feels better today! Still really sore and swollen! Kail is fine but just wont sleep all night and I dont know why! I am exhausted after getting up every 3 hours to feed my little piglet! Oh well! One day he will decide to sleep!

Silly Days, Reunions and Busy Bees!

Drew swinging....I love my new camera....I can get some awesome pictures of him with it! He is such a cutie pie and still loves his swing set. I sometimes think he would swing all day!
Drew wearing his Halloween bucket/hat. He was so intent on putting the pop beads together that he never noticed me taking his picture! He is doing so well....Ashley, his developmental therapist, just raves about him. Her 2 year old does not even know his colors yet and drew can match and identify most of them already! Yeah for Drew! I was just telling my mom that he would be so smart because I LOVE those school workbooks and can't wait to start using them with him! My Aunt JoAnne and Uncle John actually just sent two of them to us, Coloring in the lines and cutting! They know me so well!

We send our hearts out to all the families that lost loved ones on this day seven years ago. God Bless America and all its hero's from soliders, policemen, fireman, to our teachers and our parents raising our future.
Kail has the most amazing eyes...They are just such an amazing color and so many people compliment them to me. I just love seeing him in pictures! He is adorable....I am so lucky to have such beautiful boys!

Kail passed out after a few to many drinks! I was actually making an Amaretto Pound Cake for Grandma Dudash's birthday. Don't worry I posed him like this after he was asleep!

Macky and Drew on the way into the Carolina Inn for the 2008 Newborn Critical Care Reunion. It was fun to go see old friends, nurses and doctors who we are so fond of!
Dr. Cyril Engman, Drew, Kail and Me....Dr Engman took care of Drew once he was 2 weeks old and still very sick. He worked very hard to get Drew off the Ventilator while he was under his care! We really enjoy see ing him...
Drew asleep behind his bedroom door, guess he got up during nap time and fell asleep on the floor. Nap time has been an issue and he fights with me over napping. I kindly tell him I need a break and some quiet time to refresh! So that is about all going on here in our lives. Just busy as ever! Hugs and kisses to all!

PS. A very special friend of ours, Ronan is heading to NJ for a month long feeding therapy. Please add him and his family to your prayers.

Jumping and Growing...

Kail is growing like a weed! Here he is wearing his hat...actually it is a Halloween Bucket that Grandma Dudash bought for Drew. Drew believes it is a hat and want everyone to wear it! Look how blue those eyes are!

This is a smile...for the new camera I got! I am thrilled to have gotten a Digital SLR camera. I have been wanting one scine living with my parents while pregnant with Kail. It was so easy to get AWESOME pictures of Drew. He is so hard to get pictures of but it is so fast I can actually get good pictures of him!

Other than that we are awaiting Hanna's arrival. Andy will be working a lot over the weekend. Drew has an Eye appointment at Duke on Monday so start saying some prayers for us! I am sure his eyes will be better than our last appointment! I am off to bed! Hugs and kisses to all!
